Ebola hit nations economy to worsen

The World Bank has reportedly made a downward revision of its GDP growth projections in 2014 for the three nations that were hit harshly due to the current Ebola outbreak such as Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea.The report mentions that Ebola epidemic is continuing to cripple the economies even as the bank’s President Jim Yong Kim is currently on a two-day visit to West Africa for assessing the impact.The World Health Organization (WHO) has announced that 5,987 people have officially died due to Ebola in the three nations.
