According to the latest reports, a federal appeals courthas rejected Motorola Mobility LLC's plea to sue a slew of Asian suppliers under the US antitrust law for price fixing of mobile phone displays that are sold to its foreign units.The decision came on Wednesday, by Chicago’s 7th US Circuit Court of Appeals.
